The only personal data we keep

PropCheckerAI stores your email address so you can sign in, access the analyses you have generated, and retrieve the reports you have purchased. We do not collect or store other personal identifiers such as your full name, phone number, date of birth, government ID, home address or payment-card details.

How your email is used

Your email is used solely to:

• authenticate your access to the Service;
• associate reports and purchases with your account so you can return to them; and
• deliver transactional messages relating to your purchases (for example, payment receipts).

We do not sell your email address, and we do not use it to send promotional marketing.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Stripe), which collects and stores card information directly on its own secure infrastructure. PropCheckerAI never receives or stores your complete card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for how card data is handled.

Property information you submit

The property details you enter for analysis are retained only as part of the analyses and reports you generate, so that historical reports remain accessible to you and reproducible over time.

Data security

We apply authentication, authorization, role-based access controls and database access rules. You only access your own private analyses and reports; administrators can access administrative data required to operate the platform.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or other privacy legislation to request access to or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact Base44 support. Property submissions and analyses are retained so that historical reports remain reproducible.
